A little about Roger A. Kahan, CPA

Roger A. Kahan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Wealth Care Professional as well as a Tax and Business Advisor serving the financial, investment advisory and tax needs of individuals and small to medium sized businesses. Consulting and advisory services are to minimize client tax liability and help achieve financial security.

With more than 35 years in public accounting, his extensive experience has provided full-time accounting, tax, financial and business consulting services working with high net worth individuals as well as with one-person companies and the self-employed all the way up to multi-state, multi-million dollar corporate groups.

Although his client base is located primarily in Southeastern Massachusetts, he is able to deliver “local” support to clients in states across the USA through intensive use of the Internet, email, fax machine, and overnight delivery.

Roger’s plans for the future include an expansion of his consulting practice to a select clientele who may benefit from the integration of tax and wealth management expertise.

Roger writes an award winning, copyrighted newsletter entitled "TAX TIPS AND FACTS" which is published in several media and is distributed to individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout the country. The newsletter also appears at Roger's website www.RAK-1.com

Roger is a founder and past president of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Order of Knights of Pythias International, Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation of the New England Sinai Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton. Roger is also a member of Massachusetts Association of Public Accountants, Computer Organizations of New England, Inc., National Society of Tax Professionals, Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, National Notary Association and acts as a special advisor to several non-profit local community groups. He is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial (a member of FINRA and SIPC), and also an insurance consultant.
